アークシステムワークス株式会社（以下、「当社」といいます。）は ゲーム開発販売配信事業で、「世界を豊かにすること」を目指し、事業を展開しています。
当社事業においては、お客様から個人情報をお預かりするにあたり、個人情報を大切に保護することを企業の重要な責任、社会的使命と考え、取締役、従業員をはじめ当社の事業にかかわるすべての従業者は個人情報保護に関する法令、国が定める指針およびその他の規範を遵守いたします。
また今後さらに個人情報保護の継続的改善に関して全社を挙げて取り組むことを誓います。1. 「個人情報保護取扱規程」の策定
当社は、個人情報への不正アクセス、個人情報の紛失、破壊、改ざんおよび漏洩などのリスクを認識し、予防並びに是正のために必要な対応策を講じます。
また、個人情報の適切な取り扱いと運用のための基準・ルール・手順などを定めた「個人情報保護取扱規程」を策定し、実施します。2. 個人情報保護の組織活動
当社は、基本方針を具体的に実践するため、以下の活動を行います。(1）当社にかかわる全従業者（当社にあって、直接間接に当社の指揮監督を受けて、当社の業務に従事している者をいい、雇用関係にある従業員「正社員、契約社員、時間給社員、学生アルバイト社員」等のみならず、取締役、監査役、顧問、派遣社員も含まれる。）は、個人情報に関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守します。
(2)個人情報保護管理者を選任し、個人情報保護の実施および運用に関する責任と権限を与え、業務を行わせます。
(3)個人情報保護監査責任者を選任し、個人情報の保護に関する実践と運用状況の内部監査を実施します。
(4)お取引先の企業および個人に対し個人情報の保護に係わる協力を要請します。
(5)基本方針は、当社のホームページおよび社内イントラネットなどに掲示することにより、いつでも社内外のどなたにも閲覧可能な状態とします。
(6)「個人情報保護取扱規程」は適宜見直しを行い、継続的に改善します。3. 個人情報保護の取り組み
当社は、基本方針を具体的に実践するため、以下の活動を行います。
•個人の権利の尊重
当社は、個人情報に関する個人の権利を尊重し、自己の個人情報に対し、開示・訂正・削除・利用停止・苦情および相談等を求められたときは、合理的な期間内に合理的な範囲内でこれに応じます。
•個人情報の収集・利用・提供
当社は個人情報の取得、利用および提供にあたり、個人に対し利用目的を明確にし、同意を得た上で、目的の範囲内に利用し、目的外利用を行わないための措置を講じます。
•安全対策の実施
当社は、個人情報の紛失や社外への流出、もしくは不当に改ざんされるなどのトラブルを引き起こさないように社内の管理規程を整備し、合理的な安全対策を講じそれを実施します。
個人情報の取り扱いについて
当社は、当社がお預かりする個人情報の管理に細心の注意を払います。
1. 個人情報
生存する「個人に関する情報」であって、特定の個人を識別することができるもの、又は他の情報と容易に照合することができ、それにより特定の個人を識別することができるものをいいます。
「個人に関する情報」は、氏名、性別、生年月日等個人を識別する情報に限られず、個人の身体、財産、職種、肩書き等の属性に関して、事実、判断、評価を表す全ての情報であり、評価情報、公刊物等によって公にされている情報や、映像、音声も含まれ、暗号化されているかどうかを問いません。
2. 個人情報の利用目的
当社が取得する個人情報は、以下の目的のために利用いたします。
(1)当社の商品およびサービスをご利用いただく皆様に関する個人情報
•商品およびサービスのご提供およびご案内のため
•商品およびサービスのご利用料金をご請求するため
•商品およびサービスおよび広告配信をカスタマイズするため
•ご本人へのご連絡のため
•キャンペーン等の商品賞金などの発送のため
•商品およびサービスの改善や新サービスの開発等に役立てるため
•商品およびサービス利用前のお問い合わせのため
•利用規約に違反する利用を防止するため
•個人を識別できない形式に加工した統計データを作成するため
(2)当社の採用選考およびインターンセミナー、会社説明会などにご応募いただく皆様に関する個人情報
•採用応募者・インターンセミナー、会社説明会への情報提供、ご連絡、通知のため
•採用選考の合否判定のため
(3)当社主催のイベント・大会等にご参加いただく皆様に関する個人情報
•イベント・大会等の運営管理のため
•イベント・大会等に関するご連絡、資料の発送のため
(4)お取引先の皆様に関する個人情報
•業務上必要なご連絡、契約の履行、商談等のため
•取引先情報の管理のため
(5)人材紹介会社等より提供を受けた個人情報
•当社の採用に関する情報提供、ご連絡、通知のため
•採用選考の合否判定のため
3. 個人情報の委託
当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、取得した個人情報の取り扱いの全部または一部を委託する場合があります。
その場合には、個人情報の委託に係わる基本契約等の必要な契約を締結し、委託先への必要かつ適切な監督を行います。
4. 個人情報の第三者への提供
個人情報を第三者へ提供する場合には、提供先・提供内容を特定し、ご本人の事前の同意を得ることといたします。
ただし、以下の場合はこの限りではありません。
(1) 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要があり、かつ、本人の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
(2) その他法令に基づく場合
5. 個人情報の開示等の手続き
当社は、ご本人より当該本人の個人情報の利用目的の通知、開示、内容の訂正、追加または削除、利用の停止、消去および第三者への提供の停止のお申し出に対して、速やかに対応いたします。
(１)「個人情報開示等の依頼書」に必要事項をご記入の上、運転免許証、パスポート、健康保険証の写しのいずれか1通を同封して郵送にて下記までお送りください。
また、法定代理人・代理人からの求めにつきましては「個人情報開示等の依頼書」に記載されている必要書類をご同封ください。

(2)お客さまへの個人情報の開示、利用目的の通知に関しましては別途実費手数料（1,000円以下）を頂きます。
訂正、利用停止、消去に関しては無料といたします。
6. 免責
以下の場合は、当社は何ら責任を負いません。
(1)ご本人が当社商品およびサービスの機能または別の手段を用いて第三者に個人情報を明らかにした場合
(2)ご本人が当社商品およびサービス上にて開示した情報等により、個人を識別できてしまった場合
7. 統計データの利用
当社は、取得した個人情報をもとに、個人を識別できないように加工した統計データを作成することがあります。
個人を識別できない統計データについては、当社は何ら制限なく利用することができるものとします。
8. クッキー（Cookie）情報等の取り扱い
当社の運営するWebサイトにおいて、お客さまへのサービス向上の目的で、Google Analyticsなどから提供されるクッキーを使用し、マーケティングのためにアクセス情報、ユーザー情報（興味、性別、年齢層）を取得することがあります。なお、お客様個人を特定する方法で収集・保存することはありません。
9. 改定
当社は、本「アークシステムワークス株式会社 個人情報保護方針」の全部または一部を改定することがあります。
重要な変更があった場合には、当社ホームページ上でお知らせします。

Arc System Works Co. Ltd (“ASW”) is committed to working towards the goal of “Creating a better world through video games”
ASW believes that treating any personal information acquired from customers with the utmost care is an important responsibility and its duty to society.
As such, all of ASW’s directors and employees strictly follow all laws, guidelines set by the government, and any other specifications regarding the handling of personal information.
Furthermore, we promise as a company to come together and continuously work to improve our handling of personal information.
1. Formulation of the “Personal Information Protection Program”
ASW recognizes the risk of unauthorized access to, loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information, and takes the measures necessary to prevent or fix such issues.
Also, ASW has formulated a “Personal Information Protection Program” for handling personal information, which contains guidelines, rules, and procedures for proper handling and processing of personal information.
2. Organizational Activities Regarding Protection of Personal Information
In order to effectively enforce the general policy, ASW performs the following activities:
(1) All ASW employees (including but not limited to full-time workers, contract workers, part-time workers, student workers, directors, auditors, advisors, and temporary employees) strictly follow all relevant laws, guidelines set by the government, and any other specifications regarding the handling of personal information.
(2) ASW appoints a manager of personal information protection, who is responsible for and authorized to conduct operations and implementations related to the protection of personal information.
(3) ASW appoints an auditor of personal information, who conducts internal audits of the status of operations and implementations related to the protection of personal information.
(4) ASW requests cooperation from all business partners (including both companies and individuals) in regards to the protection of personal information.
(5) ASW makes the general guidelines constantly visible to anyone by posting them on its website and in-company intranet.
(6) ASW will re-assess the “Personal Information Protection Program”, and improve it as needed.
3. Personal Information Protection Initiatives
In order to effectively enforce the general policy, ASW performs the following activities:
-Respect for individual rights
ASW respects individuals’ rights to their personal information, and responds within a reasonable time period to any complaints or concerns about the display, correction, deletion, or request to remove individual personal information.
-Collection, use, and sharing of personal information
ASW utilizes personal data within the scope of the intended use that is clearly communicated to customers from whom the personal data was obtained, and takes measures not to be used beyond the scope.
-Implementation of safety procedures
ASW strives to maintain the “Personal Information Protection Program” to prevent loss, leakage to outside the company, and modification of personal information.
Notice Regarding the Handling of Personal Information
ASW handles personal information with the utmost care.
1. Personal Information
This refers to any existing information about an individual, anything that can be used to identify a specific individual, or anything that can easily be collated with other information to then identify a specific individual.
Information about an individual includes not only identifying information such as name, gender, and birth date, but any information presenting facts, decisions, and evaluations of an individual’s health, wealth, employment, or title, including evaluations, information publicly available through publications, video footage, and voice recordings, regardless of whether or not such information is encrypted.
2. Purpose of Use of Personal Information
ASW uses any obtained personal information for the following purposes:
(1) Personal information of those who use ASW’s products and services
-To provide products, services, or guidance
-To request payment for products or services
-To customize products, services, or advertisements
-To contact the individual
-To send prizes, etc. from campaigns and the like
-To improve our current services and products, as well as develop new services
-For contact before use of our products or services
-To prevent activities against the TOS
-To generate statistics modified so that no individual can be identified
(2) Personal information of those who apply for employment positions or intern seminar, company information session, etc.
-To share information, make contact, and give alerts to applicants and participants of the intern seminar or company information session
-To inform applicants of their employment decision
(3) Personal information of those who participate in ASW’s events and tournaments
-For management of such events and tournaments
-For contact regarding the event or tournament, and shipment of prizes
(4) Personal information of business partners
-To make contact necessary for work, such as fulfillment of contracts and business matters
-To manage information about business partners
(5) Personal information received from recruitment agencies
-To share information and make contact and alerts regarding job openings
-To inform about ASW’s hiring decisions
3. Consignment of Personal Information
ASW might, within the scope of the purpose of use, consign part or all of the personal information it has acquired.
In those instances, ASW will enter any contracts necessary, such as a basic contract regarding the consignment of personal information, and perform any necessary and appropriate supervision of the party it is consigned to.
4. Sharing of Personal Information to Third Parties
In cases of sharing personal information with third parties, ASW obtains the individual’s consent before using the information for such purpose.
However, the following cases are an exception to this:
(1) When disclosure is necessary for the protection of human life, human health or property and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the customer
(2) When complying with laws and regulations
5. Procedures for displaying personal information
ASW complies with requests from customers about their own personal information, concerning notification, display, corrections, additions, deletions, and requests to remove or cease sharing with third parties of such information with the following procedures.
(1) Please fill out the necessary information of the “Request Regarding Display of Personal Information” form, enclose it in an envelope together with a copy of any of the following: driver’s license, passport, or insurance card, and send it to the address below.
For requests from a legal representative, please also enclose the necessary documents written in the “Request Regarding Display of Personal Information” form.

(2) For notification regarding the purpose of displaying or using a customer’s personal information, a separate fee (less than 1,000 yen) is required.
The correction, halting use, or deletion of personal information will be free of charge.
6. Disclaimer
ASW takes no responsibility in the following circumstances:
(1) The case of an individual using ASW’s products or services’ functions or other methods to reveal their personal information to a third party
(2) The case of an individual being identified because of information they displayed using ASW’s products or services
7. The Use of Statistical Data
ASW may create statistical data using personal information obtained, after modifying it so that individuals cannot be identified.
ASW can use the statistical data without limitation as long as no individuals can be identified.
8. Handling of Cookie Information
Websites run by ASW may use cookies such as those provided by Google Analytics to improve its services for the customers, and take access and customer information (such as hobbies, gender, and age demographic) for marketing purposes.
ASW does not collect or save such information in ways that identify individual customers.
9. Revisions
ASW may revise part or all of the “Arc System Works Privacy Policy.”
In the case of a crucial modification, it will be posted on the ASW website.
