本日（６月８日）開催の臨時株主総会におきまして、下記の通り役員が選任され就任致しました。皆様により良いタイトルをお届けするべく、役員・スタッフ一同、決意を新たに鋭意努力して参ります。引き続き、ご愛顧を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

併せまして、より一層の開発・販売体制の強化を図るため、2020年６月１日付にて組織変更および人事異動を行いました。
●グローバル事業部の新設
さらなるグローバルビジネス拡充のため、グローバル事業部を新設致しました。
部長に 山中 丈嗣 が、副部長に 宮本 薫 が就任致しました。
●国内営業部の組織および人事変更
国内営業部（部長 村田 英則）は、若返りとデジタルマーケティングへの注力のため、デジタルマーケティング課を新設し、課長として 小澤 陸 が就任致しました。
●商品開発部の組織および人事変更
さらなる商品品質の向上のため、商品開発部長に 安部 秀之 が就任致しました。
また、部内４課の職掌と人事を変更致しました。

Simultaneously, in order to strengthen our development and sales strategy, we have made changes to our organizations and personnel as of 6/1/2020.
●Establishment of the Global Business Department
We have established the Global Business Department with the goal of expanding our international business.
Takeshi Yamanaka has been appointed as the General Manager, with Kaoru Miyamoto as Deputy General Manager.
●Change of Organization and Personnel in the Domestic Business Department
With the intent of introducing youthful spirit and focusing on digital marketing, the Domestic Business Department (Directed by Hidenori Murata) has established a Digital Marketing Division, and appointed Riku Ozawa as Manager.
●Change of Organization and Personnel in the Product Development Department
In order to further increase the quality of our products, we have appointed Hideyuki Anbe as Director of the Product Development Department.
There have also been changes to the four divisions within the department and the personnel within.
